Sexual Assault Kit Traking Information

The Indiana Criminal Justice Institute (ICJI) in coordination with the Indiana State Police and the Indiana Prosecuting Attorney's Council (IPAC) has implemented the Sexual Assault Kit Tracking System (SAK).

The Indiana Statewide Sexual Assault Kit Tracking System can be found online at

https://sak.cji.in.gov/Public/Home.aspx.

This link will provide access to the system for both victims and other authorized users.

PIN #'s Are Very Important!

The PIN# is very important! Health Care Partners must issue the PIN# for the SAK, write the PIN# the Victims Rights Brochure that is issued to the Survivor. VERY IMPORTANT! Write the pin next to the kit number on the box! (see images below)
