2025 OUTSTANDING SERVICE AWARDS NOMINATIONS

The Lake County Sexual Assault Response Team prides itself on providing victim centered and trauma informed care to all victims/survivors of sexual assault within our community and beyond. We appreciate all our SART partners and multidisciplinary team members and are proud to recognize those partners who have demonstrated exemplary service in the following categories:

• Guardian of Justice (Law Enforcement) Recognizes a law enforcement professional who demonstrates exceptional dedication to justice through trauma-informed response, meticulous investigations/prosecutions, and unwavering advocacy for survivors.
• Alliance Builder (Collaboration) Honors the individual or agency that has gone above and beyond to unite disciplines, strengthen partnerships, and create seamless pathways of support for survivors
• Light Bearer Award (Advocacy & Support) Celebrates someone whose compassion, persistence, and courage have provided hope, empowerment, and life-changing support to survivors in their journey toward healing.
